Put the scale up high in a closet somewhere.. make it a pain to get it down to use it. When you do use it, make sure you put it back, right away. I actually look forward to making different meals, it's a highlight of the day! - as for macros, I'm not sure what that is?? Is that like a proportion of fat/carbs/etc per day? If so then no - I'm not monitoring that. Should I be??

10 lbs in 1 week! I"m guessing most of that is water weight but I'll take it... I'm loving this lifestyle. I'll keep updates on here each week. Hoping to shed 20 in the first month.
