II did try it to lower my Cortisol levels and it works. Of course it’s only a compliment to diet and exercise. I got the needles in the back during my visit, and what my Acupuncturist called “acupuncture to go” which was small pins in the ear covered with tape. The only down side was he made me give up coffee lol!

I was always told by trainers to do weight lifting first to avoid injury. I get my warm up with the foam roller, then weight lifting, then cardio.

11/14/11 WOD "Death by Power Clean" With a continuously running clock perform 1 power clean in the first minute, 2 in the second, 3 in the third, etc. Continue until you cannot finish your numbers before the next minute starts. Starts out soooo easy but I hit failure at 13 and started back at 1 13/7 135#

I'm doing primal, still like to eat greek yogurt occasionally and cream in my coffee, trying to keep my nutrition compliance at around 85% and CrossFit 3x a week.

I like the fact he puts out a lot of free information about Primal/Paleo. You don't have to buy his books to follow the plan.
