5'3 and 124lbs is my ultimate goal but I will probably settle for 132lbs. It's been a very long time since I was that weight at least half of my life.

I am upping my goal to 530 minutes this week since I achieved this amount last week. I am looking forward to passing this goal. Week2 Mon - 50mins. walking -70 minutes cycling. Total 530-120=410minutes to go.

1 Went for my walk early this morning and the stars were twinkling brilliantly after a very stormy weather bomb blew through 2 I completed 15 km of exercise and I feel so gooooodd!!! 3 Went to Maori mass and it was enjoyable.

Hi! This is my first go at this but I want to have a go at 360km. I will be doing a mixture of cycling and walking.

Flour, works just as good. One boy in my class had chaffing under his arms while we were on camp and since we didn't have any powder we used flour. He said it worked and he wasn't in pain anymore.

When I'm under on my calories, I top up with almonds because they're healthy and they use up your points really quickly. Also peanut butter is another good one as well as avocado.

I also like to plan my day's menu going by what's left in my fridge and pantry. Then I can tweak my portion sizes to make sure I'm just over my calories for the day.

1. I am enjoying doing mundane chores like cleaning up etc. 2. I took Willy our dog for a walk and when I went to untie him, he was really happy to see me even though it was 5.30am. 3. I met some friends while out on my walk and I got to catch up on the gossip with them.

Swimming. I have knee injuries and I feel swimming gives you an all over work out plus it takes some of the pressure off your knees and you get really good results plus a swimmers physique. Awesome!
