Go get properly fit for shoes at a running store. It's REALLY important to have appropriate shoes to avoid injury. (Take it from someone who always wore the cheap shoes & ended up with plantats fasciatis. NOT FUN).

Let's not lie, we ALL want/need to be attracted to our mate. For me, I like having a beautiful face (certainly enjoy compliments on my smile), on him I would also like something beautiful to look at. This isn't being shallow, just being truthful to what we all need as humans.

Goodwill & consignment shops. There is no point in a back-up plan because you will then fall into that plan. Challenge yourself, and if any of us do backslide, it's best to pay the consequences so we won't want to ever again. :-)

When I had a membership I only got rreally frustrated at the men heeving like a horse (as though they couldn't workout without making a ridiculous amount of grunting noises). :-P

I'm pretty sure that they get upset because you rub it in their faces (or that's how it seems). Perhaps you can instead be proud of your child and mention it to his mother & grandparents instead.

Lol. Remember, what you see in the news is always the negative stuff (besides, there are so many FDA restrictions that there's almost a 0% chance for something that is bad to get distributed). It's not like we are a third world country where you have to filter your own water. Happy travels!

I downloaded the app only my Kindle Fire (didin't have a smaller device) and since it's too big to run with, I just went calculated the times they want you to run & walk with a wrist watch (stop watch/timer thing) and listened to my own music on my ipod (it's a classic so doesn't get apps).

Oh, and how about the use of "to" & "too". EVERY time someone wants to say there is "TOO much butter" and instead puts "TO much butter", my brain reads it as it's supposed to be and I have to do a double take to understand what the writer actually meant. :-P

Is it possible that with the significant number of calories you are burning dancing all day is creating too much of a deficit and so 1600 calories isn't enough? All of my ballerina friends would eat like pigs because of the amount they were dancing. Talk to a nutritionist.
