my first lost fast but my supply sucked. The last two boys I ate what i wanted and dint loose any so i'm doing it now. But knowing what i know now I would try to eat healtier and keep track. and don't stress if you dont loose it. your doing a great job BF it's not a easy task. I BF all 3 my boy. at least a year.

i do not use pie crust i buy canned sliced potato layer on the bottom. layer of ham cheese and what ever i feel like then potatos and repeat mix bunch eggs and cook. it was a stove top reciepe. Great for cooking breakfast before so pop in microwave and off to work.

I go to the gym in the AM before work if i miss it i have no other time. Do the stairs at least one break most time i end up eating on calls. Thank you all for your ideals i can do while on the calls with out touching the dirty floor.

from January till Now I have lost 21lbs I hit rut in April and have not picked up loosing 1lb a week. My coworker has lost 41 in that time by sticking to her diet and working out at least 4 days a week.
