I say focus on getting food into your body so it has strength to get better. Don't sweat the calorie count, tomarrow is another day......... Hope you feel better soon..

The way MFP is set up you should be accounting for that in your profile settings under "Activity Level" Sounds to me like you should be set at "Active" similar to a waitress or mailman. Once you have that set it automatically adjusts your needed calories, so do not add work as exercise. Hope this makes sense.

My wife was in a similar situation, she was eating 1200 calories and added some working out.
