I've been running for 20 minutes everyday. I'm active everyday, because I work as a cashier. Standing all day, basically. I do five minutes of jumping jacks and high knees everyday. I do planks, pushups, and reverse crunches. I eat around 1200 everyday, and I'm still only maintaining...
Is there something more I can do that will kick this process into action?
Do I need to start doing something more? I've given up fast food. I try to avoid sodium and sugar.
Help.

My wife was in a similar situation, she was eating 1200 calories and added some working out. She was not eating back her "working out carolies", so her net calories at the end of the day were really below t 1200. Her body quickly responded and stopped lossing any weight.
Shorty after making sure even with inputing her exercise and getting at or above 1200 did she start loosing weight again. As crazy as it sounds you might need to eat more in order to loose.
Don't fall below 1200 calories, eat smart and keep at it!!
Hope this helps!0
