I have the same problem but kind of opposite when people try to offer me wheat products. I, in no way try to tell them to give up wheat, but when we are out at dinner they constantly say well just try a bite, it won't really hurt you, you'll be fine. I felt the same exact way. I did week one 4 times and I struggled, I am working on week 3 now and running longer is getting easier and easier. You just have to keep trying. Like someone said, even if it takes 8 times, running is so good for your endurance, don't give up. You can do it!

I have been sticking yogurt in the freezer and it has been helping my ice cream cravings. And because it's greek (higher in protein) it's keeping me fuller longer and my sweet tooth satisfied!

I would say anything as long as you keep logging it. That is how I mess up, I have a "Freebie" and don't log it, so I don't log the next pizza and candy, and just plummits down hill from there

Unless you have a heart rate monitor strapped to your chest, it isn't going to be accurate. MFP has CRAZY high burning and I think your machine is going to be closer. Just what I've seen.

Are you measuring the things youa re eating? LIke cereal for example, you said you have this for breakfast. Measuring the 3/4 cup that is in a serving is a big difference than filling a bowl. and maybe to start integrading healthy things into your diet, try smooties. I tried covering a prune in frosting once, figuring everything in frosting is better. This is not true. I repeat DO NOT PUT FROSTING ON PRUNES, i had a disgusting upchuck of a result.

I am 5'3" and I eat 1500. I first tried 1200 and wasn't happy, and it wasn't losing. Since moving to 1500 and working out at least 4 days a week, i've been steadily dropping. I also work a desk job, but try to walk on my lunches and I do not eat back my exercise calories.

I have also heard the botox in forhead, head area has helped lots of people. I cut out soda and went a low dose birth control to control mine. For actual chronic migrains I am not sure
