I have learned that if I don't include my husband in on my healthy descisions there is no way I can stick to them. So instead of just pikcing healthy foods I like, I need to incorporate his needs and tastes. We are a unit, nolonger one, and want he needs matters too. Hard lesson for a newlywed, when I think it should all…

Can I just say how much I love your challenges? They are really inspiring and keep me pushing. I thrive on competition. Do the best when I'm pinned vs someone, this week I've learned to compete with myself. Like yesterday, my brain kept saying I can't go my and my heart was like pansy, we can keep going. And I ran! So…

I'll add ten minutes to my fifteen minute an workout. Thanks for the challenge!

Mine do that too! I have heard the using Shapeups on the elliptical helps a ton, something about releaving pressure from certain parts of your foot. I haven't tried that because if i keep going, it goes away. I usually run backwards for five minutes and i feel all better.
