As long as I am under calorie intake?

Will I lose weight as long as I am under my calorie intake? ( Putting aside Macros)
Why I ask is I slept in until about 1 after working 10 days in a row and it is my TOM and I needed to eat calorie rich things to get enough calories for today which includes cookies, ice cream, and chili hot dogs. Is this okay? ( Not meaning as an everyday source, normally I eat really sensibly) But, for one day, is this okay? I do plan on working out for about an hour later.

I don't know you, so this is just the feeling I get... but I think you are making excuses for your cravings. Calorie dense foods? There are plenty of options way better than the ones you listed.
But to your question. If it's only every once in a while, you'll be fine. Generally speaking you'll still want to hit good macros, but a day here or a day there won't kill you (once or twice a month... not once or twice a week).
Remember, it's about the big picture... weeks, months, years... not hours and days. If you are maintain a healthy deficit with reasonable macros over those bigger time frames, then you'll be ok.

I didnt mean to make is sound like I am making excuses. Just letting you know why I slept so late. lol But I am not sure of many fruits and veggies that are high in calories? Trust me I would pick those over a hot dog any day. But thank you for your insight!0

Peanut butter, steak, many beans/legumes/seeds, whole milk... all are good options if you need to cram in the cals.0

Yes, although if it is indicative of a larger problem (not feeling in control of your relationship with food and bingeing) you should address that root cause.0 -
It's one day. In your whole life, will you never allow yourself one day? Don't associate food with guilt.0

thank you for all of the responses! I changed my supper to malt o meal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, and almonds. I'm under my calories and all macros except for sugar.
I do have some deep issues with food and guilt, etc that I need to work on ( example: I feel extremely guilty eating 6 oz of chobani, a banana, and almonds for breakfast because it tastes so good. ) To me tasting good = bad for you.
But it is one day at a time and I am changing all of me, not just my body physically.0 -
Those were some great changes you made for your dinner. I know for me its helpful to fight off all cravings, especially during TOM, if I stock up with tasty, nutrient dense and cal dense foods, like almonds, avocados, yogurt, etc. Like people said, focus on hitting your macros. Your calories will probably fall in line when you do this. The more you do it the more you start to understand which foods provide those macros, even the tasty ones!0
