Wow, I can't believe I found another person who loves brussel sprouts! I absolutely disgusted my family when I ate them yesterday... something was said about them giving off a strong odor. :P

We've all been there, done that. Don't sweat it! Excerise a little harder and eat a little less tommorow and you will be fine I promise. :) If we never had slip ups we wouldn't be human! I slip up on a regular basis. Darn food. :P

You could always peel off the skin and pat it down to get the grease off! Two peices wouldn't be to bad to eat, and you could also fix yourself some veggies or fruit!

Just take your time. Don't beat yourself up if you don't meant a certain deadline. You can just go at your own pace. :) I just started it tonight and set it to week 3 day 1, however; before this I've been alternating between running and walking for about a month. Is it sweet tasting? I've been intrested in trying it as well, but I am a little picky about the types of peanut butter I buy! It has to have that sweet taste to it.

I used to eat movie theatre extra butter Acts popcorn all the time. I know that stuff wasn't healthy! :P Now I eat 100 calorie kettle pocorn. It's....decent. For me, butter makes it or breaks it. I haven't had any with butter in about 2 months. I feel a craving sneaking up. :O

Awesome! I remember my first day...yikes. I was horrified at how many calories I normally eat! You got this. :) That first step is the hardest. Once you get in the habit of logging everything it becomes easier!

Right now I'm eating it on an egg sandwich! It's so yummy! I like to stuff it inside chicken breasts and mix it in with my veges! It's great on just about everything you can think of!

One valuable bit of information about girls: sometimes we just don't know why we cry! Haha I know it sounds odd, but it happens. I agree that the hormones released from your workout probably triggered it. I wouldn't stress about it. :)

I make banana ice cream. You just freeze the banana, add a splash of milk and then blend it together in a food processer! It doesn't look as appetizing as it tastes. :P I also just eat them frozen. They taste much better that way to me personally!

Almond milk is not for everyone! Tried it once and almost spat it out. What's so wrong with skim milk? The sugars are natural right? ETA: I eat oatmeal on most mornings, but when I have more calories I make a huge omelet with cheese, sausage, and veggies. Soooo yummy!

It is so good! I tried it just a couple days ago, and it came out just like icecream. It does need a tad bit of milk though!
