Does anyone have a food they eat all the time that just makes you feel good? I've found that eating raw spinach makes me feel good. I also love to eat dove's dark chocolate. That's an instant pick-me-up right there! ;)

Vanilla Silk Almond Milk
So for a long time now, I've heard great things about this stuff! I bought some at wal-mart last night, got home, tried it, and wanted to spit it out. It tasted horrible to me. Does anyone else weigh themselves 2-3 times a day?
I know I shouldn't, but I can't seem to stop myself. I think it's curiousity more than anything. I did get very dissapointed when one morning I had weighed 3 more pounds than usual, but I guess it was all water weight because it's gone now!

Which is correct? My treadmill or mfp?
I usually walk at 3.2 mph for 20 mins at night and my treadmill tells me I burn 100 calories. However, MFP tells me I only burn about 65 calories.
