It's 7:15 and 460 more calories to go?

Ok, I usually eat around 2,000 plus calories a day. I'm eating 1450 calories today (net 1200) and have around 460 calories to go. (A bit more than that because it was hard for me to stomach all of my progresso soup and cottage cheese. yuck!) My question is should I go on to bed with having not eaten the 460 since I'm full? Or should I eat more food?

Yes, I find this odd because normally it is so easy for me to eat waaay to much food. I guess it's different when you replace calorie dense junk food with more healthier options.
