Does anyone else weigh themselves 2-3 times a day?

I know I shouldn't, but I can't seem to stop myself. I think it's curiousity more than anything. I did get very dissapointed when one morning I had weighed 3 more pounds than usual, but I guess it was all water weight because it's gone now!

    I did it once, only to see how much I could fluctuate in a day. I only weight myself once a day while I'm working towards a goal as a check-in. Otherwise I try to do it once a week.

    I do just because I like to see how it fluctuates. I weigh before and after I work out and first thing in the morning. Also sometimes after I eat. Pretty much just for the hell of it.

    I completely understand. I CANNOT STOP MYSELF! I know it's not "right", but it's one of my quirks.

    You'll just drive yourself crazy.
