I'm a cashier in a small town so you could say I know just about everyone's eating habits here. Sometimes I do take note when it's 300 dollars worth of debbie cakes, pop, and chips. It's hard not to, but I know it's really none of my business. Those same people are sometimes the friendliest people that make me smile every…

So what's the secret to so much confidence? I could use a little bit of yours. :P

Good for you, but inner beauty is what is most important.. ;)

Nutella is CHOCOLATE? What? My world has just turned upside down. Here I was thinking it was a nasty form of peanut butter. I might try it now. :D
-
Virgin here. I have friends that don't believe me because my boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years. It's possible. :)
-
Ooh, sounds simple and delicious! This is right up my alley. Thanks for the recipe. I must try this out soon!
-
Edit: You beat me to it! Congrats, girl! You're looking fabulous. Keep up the good work!

I eat them occasionally. They have been processed and have very high sodium, so they're not really "healthy." Still if you have the option of a lean cuisuine pizza or a domino's pizza...you see the standard. I'd give them about a "C" on a grading scale. :P

I really don't understand why this was taken so offensively! Haha, I guess it's true when they say it's hard to tell tone over the internet. Good luck in your weight loss!

I ran week 5 day 2 just a few hours ago! It was surprisingly easy considered I did about 45 mins of other exercises before I started. I'm thinking about going ahead and trying to do the full 20 minutes tonight.. If not, no sweat! :)
-
Bump. I'd love to know their reasoning behind this! I'm can't believe they would feel the need to do that to you!

Hi Emma! Welcome to My Fitness Pal! Jumping jacks, jumping rope, hulla hooping, etc. If you go to the cardiovascular list, you can browse through all the different exercises listed in the mfp database. There are quite a few that you can perform at home- nothing but yourself required!
-
WHOA. As it appears, you've lost quite a bit of it too! Congratulations!!
-
Ok, so obviously a lot of things come into play here when determining the "right" number of calories for one person. Sorry, if this insulted anyone that does eat 4000. If you can eat 4000 calories a day and lose weight (or maintain), that's great! Heck, I wish I could do that!
-
True! I didn't think about that! Thanks. :)
-
Nope, I'm not at all. I'm just an ordinary kind of girl with a measly opinion. One that may be right or wrong! :)
-
Oh yes, I know that no certain amount of calories is right for everyone. I understand some people really do need to have 4000 plus calories a day for various reasons. I just think for sedentary- lightly active people the 4000 range would be to much if sustained over a long period of time.

I do cardio last. Mainly because I get really drenched from cardio and I don't like to get sweat all over the weight machines. At our gym, the wipes aren't readily available.

The same people answer because they like this game! Blondes or Brunettes?

I'm the same way. I used to plop down with bags of candy and just shove my face until I felt sick. I could eat a whole bag of lifesaver gummies without even realizing it. My boyfriend and I would eat fast food/ restaurant at least 6-7 times a week. (He still does. :( I'm trying to slowly encourage him to break that habit!)…

Cheesecake! Nom Nom Nom. Brownies, Cookies, M'Ms, Chocolate Bars, Omgosh, I. Want. These. Now.

Try sweet potato fries! I just cut up a sweet potato in fry sized strips (with skin), drizzled olive oil on them, added some salt and plopped them in the oven for about 30 mins. Perfect to make you feel like your eating junk food, but you're really being healthy. Ok, ok so maybe the dollop of sour cream I dipped them in…

This! If only if it were so simple to just ship them off to some remote land.
-
Haha! I'd go for one "lick" of chocolate. Live on the wild side. ;)
-
I saw that thread. Sending you a friend request, hun! Don't let the negative responses get you down. :)

I agree with this. She always cheers me up! Strangely, I've even watched her videos while working out.

What an absolulte idiot. It's guys like him that give ALL guys a bad name. You can do this. You are very beautiful already, and can only get more so!

What happens if you come back and she has gained weight? Just curious...
-
No. Love is unconditional. If you start "expecting" your significant other to lose weight then you might want to reexamine your reasons for being in a relationship with that person. Is it because of their personality or looks? It's important to encourage them, but when you start "expecting" them to lose weight I think…

When we used to visit my mawmas, she would fix at least 10 different dishes. I used to pile everything on my plate and mix and mush it all together into a goopy mess. I was a weird child.
