When this happens I usually find the best match by searching the food database, and choosing the closest food that matches what I ate. It's not perfect, but it's better than just not logging anything.

Ok, this is coming from someone who occassionaly eats food with her salt. I haven't cut back my salt intake at all since I started eating healthier (I know, shame on me) and I still am loosing weight. Sure it will make you bloated sometimes, but that goes away. I actually thought about creating a binder of all the fast foods/ restaurants that I used to go to regularly. I could put my healthier options under each restaurant so that way when I'm out I wont feel stressed about where and what I should I eat. I'd have options. Thanks everyone for the answers. It helped me think things through. I think there has to be a middle ground. Eating what you love in moderation isn't probably going to destroy your diet. I have alot of respect for the people that can go the "all or nothing" route, but that just wouldn't work for me. :) I crave yummy food…

The same happened to me two days ago. I left half a packet of peanuts on my register and when I came back they were gone. Turns out my manager ate them. I just laughed it off though! If I had been really hungry I guess it would have been different.

About 15, and 10 of those are 2-3 dollar flip flops. I only wear my nikes and eastlands. Both are very worn down and over a year old. I never really liked shoes... clothes and purses on the other hand.. :)

I try to look at it this way. People on here have an advantage because we are loosing weight the slow, healthy way. Alot of people ( some of the 95%) have lost weight through rushed fad dieting or eating to little and exercising to much. That way doesn't work because then you have not learned anything.
