I would agree... probably lots of water, and waste. I would say drink tonnes of water this week.. it will help, and you wont feel so puffy and the # on the scale will come down. :)

I was thinking this same thing, not eating enough. I had the same issue problem, I actually found eating my actual calorie count daily is helping shed the pounds & giving me way more energy as well.
