I like weighing in on the 1st of each month. I generally weigh myself weekly every Monday but I don't mind adding in weigh in days every once in a while for challenges.

I'd like to lose 25-30 lbs by December 1st. I follow the Harcombe diet, where I've for the most part cut out all processed foods. My guilty pleasure is my vitamin water. Since I've lost roughly 34 pounds in 3 monthish... I know I want to lose 30 lbs from Sept 1st to December 31st as I know it's going to be a lot harder to lose weight the smaller I get. I generally eat after i exercise. Usually after a cool down and slowly drinking some water.

I try to limit myself to one smoothie a day on light exercise days. After a strenuous work out I will sometimes treat myself to a second or even a third one!
