  • I'd be happy to support you to! I was doing great, was over 100lbs down and now I've gained alot back thinking I was doing great and could afford eating things that i knew weren't going to help. I used past victories of maintaining my weight as excuses as to why i could indulge.... well now i've spent months indulging and…
  • I did end up doing phase one for just a week. I fell off the bandwagon so to speak due to a rash of marketing events plus working my usual 50 hr week that i went with what was just conveinent. I did lose 6 lbs on phase one and somehow lost 4 lbs since then. Things have calmed down to my normal work week and Today is my eat…
  • Is it to late to join?
  • that does the reverse of what i want. It takes all the ingredients and gives you receipe(sp?) ideas. I have the receipes and need an easy compiler... well would prefer an easy compiler instead of doing my paper and pen way Found a program: It's a 30 day free trial i'm on called plan to eat but after that it'll be $5/month.…
  • Awesome! I will give that a try!
  • Alright I'm starting phase 1 of harcombe On Tuesday! *dances* I'm super excited! Talk to ya'll later!
  • Actually, a good solution to the meals is ask your parents for the recipes of what they make and then there's a section in the food tab where you can add your own recipes and state how many servings are in it (I normally set the servings as the number of food that equals the mass of my fist, or simply said by fistfulls of…
  • I lose weight and inches when I'm swimming at least half an hour every day. I was also a competitive swimmer so I have that experience to draw upon as well. What I normally do is this: Warm up swimming, usually about 100 yards of kicking using a kicking board. 50 yards of easy freestyle then gradually increase how fast I'm…
  • I don't count my calories. Some days I'm under the calorie goal, other days I'm over and i still steadily lose weight. What works for me is Harcombe and it's not a diet but a lifestyle change. I eat healthy, I don't eat overly processed foods, and soda has been eliminated from my diet. With the exception of Ginger ale for…

  • Thank you, going to have my aunt take a picture of me and I'll post it asap.
  • I do remember one of them making a comment that they thought they should eat less and I reminded them that they are growing and in order to grow they need to eat. Her reply was I don't want to get fat. And I replied well not eating when your hungry is a sure way to do so. She asked me how. I had recently read an article…
  • Thank you so much. It's been hard but if I'm already to my halfway size I wonder if perhaps I just might be smaller at my goal size. Well, Here's to getting healthier and fitter! No matter my end size, as long as I'm healthy, fit, and able to keep up with where I want to be fitness wise, then that's what matters!
  • Yay! Pictures when you do!
  • Sadly, these are new jeans I bought as motivation to get into. Most of my clothes are 18-24 in size but now I guess I'll just have to get another pair of jeans in size 16 and a skirt/dress for now as I'm sure I'll be getting out of these soon to! It's only been about 4 months since I started from my all time highest weight…
  • Thank you so much! I'm really doing my best and I'm so pumped. I didn't expect to even be into onderland til next month, mid or end potentially with the way my weight loss has been going lately but this week it went... hey look we're 7 lbs lighter now. And well I'm stoked and going to really push myself.
  • I've practice dancing in a corset. If laced correctly it is not hard to breath in.
  • Thank you so much. If i push it I'm hoping to be in onderland now by the 30th. This past week i lost 7 lbs total so I'm hoping I can lose 5 to make it into onederland!
  • My family does have formal parties for the two businesses they run so it'd likely get a use or two there... but actually I think I'd like to start competing in ballroom dancing. I've had some lessons but would like to get more serious about it.
  • You look absolutely stunning!
  • Looks for the like button but since I can't seem to find one... LIKE!!!!!!!
  • I've gone from a 38 D to a 40 DD. Both increased recently. I splurged on a new sports bra and it fits well under my tops and even the top half mocks a cami like undershirt so one can't tell that it's part of the bra. Although I've been losing inches everywhere else. Actually, I need to go and take my measurements again for…
  • After my thread this was a much needed thread to see to get me the rest of the way past the roadblock thrown into my life. Thank you for making it and thank you guys for all the great responses that have put my mind at ease. I give ya'll a Salute! ~Selenity
  • Yup I lose every time while on my TOM. I think some of my top weekly weight losses happened during that time. Then again I end up with alot of pain with mine so alot of showers are taken during it and I have to justify a shower so I usually exercise before one. So if my friends see a HUGE increase in exercise that lasts…
  • I think if he'd have done it in person I may just have had that gut reaction to slap him. As it was, he sent me an email instead. Well now my Saturday is free since I was suppose to go on a third date with him but oh well. Live, Learn, get loves... I'll just be more careful in dating choices.
  • GORGEOUS!!! Wow I'm guessing you lose weight first from your face then. It's an awesome change! I love it and you're already, from what I see, Looking AMAZING! I hope you continue to have the results you wish for! (And even some surprise and unexpected results that are also joyfully accepted.)
  • Could it be that you've built up some muscle as well? Also do you see your doctor regularly to make sure things like your thyroid aren't going out of wack? I see my doctor once a month at least so they can help monitor my weight loss and do the appropriate blood tests.
