Nah, I won't do the rub it in his face gimmick. If I run into him again when I'm fit, I run into him again. But hopefully if I do run into him again I'll be civil I just doubt I'd actually date him again.

Well I'm glad I haven't upset you! Sorry he upset you with what he did but yeah I'm not used to feeling better or to good for someone. Probably because I like trusting people first to be their best. I'm an eternal optimist. But this has taught me that I need to reevaluate how I look at myself what with thinking people are…

Thanks guys. I really appreciate all the support.

Thanks so much everyone. I was really down after reading that from him but now i feel better. It's true he did think I was an awesome cook, really nice, and smart the only issue he had with me was my weight. He loved my long hair to, specially when he got to see it when it was wet and see the real length before it goes all…

Lol No I don't believe in doing violence against someone just for being mean to me. I'm not going to let it stop me. I'm going to continue to do my best.

Wow, thanks everyone for all the support. It mostly hit so bad because he and I were suppose to go out together this Saturday to a Japanese Tea Ceremony together at a Tea House that only opens it's doors one weekend a month together. I really want to go to the Tea Ceremony still but I think I'll go with the kids I nanny…

Navy Vet, Aviation Electrician, Honorable Medical discharge. I grew up as a Navy brat. My grandfather was a former Chief in the navy and he was a lifer. I wanted to be a lifer but who can forsee unexpected medical changes? I feel as if I didn't serve long enough to be considered a vet but that's what I'm considered. I was…

I'm doing great with the water challenge. Food I'm doing well though yesterday I didn't eat dinner mostly because I ended up getting stung by a bee so took two benadryl and it knocked me out. Though on the plus side, I didn't stop breathing like i did as a kid. It seems I grew out of my bee allergy just like I did my…

I weigh in on Monday after using the bathroom and brushing out my hair. But before taking my vitamins, I take extra calcium pills as prescribed by my doctor as a preventative measure since early osteoporosis runs in my family for the women especially.

Guys say stupid things. Sadly for some of those guys it's true for a select few. When a guy says something hurtful like that to me I've used this line. "I see, clearly I accepted a date with some guy thinking he was a man. Have a nice day." A real man wouldn't dump you just because of that. What jerks did that to you from…

Awesome to have another Harcomber with me! I kinda forgot Monday was Monday so I ended up starting today now that I understand how to do the phase 1 thing right! First time around I did Phase 1 and ate 50grams of brown rice each meal, actually I think I measured wrong then to so it was more like 100! but now that I've been…

I do that to! Within 4 months (not sure without looking back if it's 3 1/2 or 4 so we'll go with 4) I've lost 36 lbs and am getting close to my next 10 lb mini goal. For these xtra mini rewards I get something small... like frozen yogurt at the ice cream shop or I indulge in some extra 'me' time. (Half the time my 'me'…

Congrats on making it to your goal!

I'm in. I'm in a september to end of the year challenge but I'm definitely up for doing this along with that!

Chocolate has some good benefits in moderation if it's dark chocolate and I don't believe in diets where we deprive ourselves. My diary is open and part of the reason I've kept it open is because I'm doing a different kind of 'diet' then's prevalent on this site. I do the Harcombe diet and love it. I'm currently restarted…

Thank you! I'm horribly tempted to get one in the size I want to be in and in the size I'm in now as I can now fit into a size 16 and that's the highest they go.

I'm proud of you! Way to go!

Friend request sent now! Anyone else that would like to be friends I'd be more than happy to help motivate and support!

You can do it! I'm 5'3 and currently at 214 lbs and trying to get down to 140-135, thought my doctor would like to see me at 115. I'll send you a friend request to!

The only time I don't wear a bra is when I'm wearing an overbust corset. Mostly because the corset provides all the support I need. When I wear an underbust corset I still wear a bra as the underbust ones I usually wear under clothes as I like the smooth line it gives me. Overbust corsets however you kinda have to wear…
