Remember that if you get something skinny, what it really means is that the fat is being replaced with sugar. So you’re better off in the long run getting something that is not reduced in calories. I agree the most local will be tea or black coffee, no creamer.

I would need to do more research but I don't think all sugars are the same. Sugar from fruit is less easier to store as fat than refined sugars or even Splenda.

I just started it and will be doing Level 1 10 days straight...Level 2 10 days straight and so on. But I have heard of people switching through levels. I think as long as you do it every day, 20 days straight you should be fine. Good luck!
