Hi! I'm a mother of two and ready to get back in shape!
I have a 2.5yr old and a 6 month old that keep me pretty busy but I haven't been eating my best or making time for work outs that are me-focused instead of running around after kiddos. I'm hoping that by being active on MFP, I can find the motivation to make that "me" time and get back into shape!

Should I be very concerned that I always go over on Sugar??
I believe my daily sugar intake says it should 32g but I always go way beyond that, because I eat a lot of fruit. Should I be concerned? Do I need to start eating less fruit?
