I believe my daily sugar intake says it should 32g but I always go way beyond that, because I eat a lot of fruit. Should I be concerned? Do I need to start eating less fruit?

Fruit has a lot of nutrients, minerals and some have anti oxidants. They may contain sugar, but it contains complex carbs that take longer to digest and contain fiber.
As long as you aren't stuffing yourself with chocolate, cakes, sweets, biscuits, etc and are within your calorie goal for the day, you have nothing to worry about.0 -
Fruit sugar is still sugar, but fruit (as Zichu already has said) generally comes with nutrients and the sugars have not been separated from the fiber and other healthy components of the fruit. Eating very large amounts of sugary fruit is not healthy, but having them as a reasonable part of your diet is very healthy.
Concentrate on getting your overall sugar intake down, with fruit being the LAST step of reducing it. If you go over a little on sugar and it's mostly fruit, I wouldn't worry. If you go over a LOT on sugar, regardless of the source, you need to cut back.0
