Good job wanting to increase your exercise and still pushing through. Sometimes we need a cry, but it's times when something "slaps" you in the face that makes you realize you need to get into gear. It was seeing myself in pictures that I got slapped in the face. lol Good job!

Awesome! Here are some I found to give us ideas... Size does matter and shorter is hotter. Bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. One small step for woman, one giant leap for womankind. (I figured I'd change it, since I haven't seen any short men writing in here lol) Small but perfectly formed. Good things come in small…

Yeah I didn't want to go there, I figured people would think that on their own lol

I stopped drinking pop entirely, so the other day when I went to the movies with a friend, he asked if I wanted anything and I said no thanks. He bought me a pop anyway. I just told him oh I'm so sorry I stopped drinking pop. He apologized for getting it for me and I apologized, so i wouldn't seem mean about it. We laughed…

You all have another shortie right here. 5'1. Currently at 130 as of today but would love to be at 110-115, the weight I was when I felt comfortable with my body. Before then I was super skinny and didn't like the way I looked. Packed on pounds but couldn't stop! lol I love the proposed group name and what can we do to get…

There maybe an easier way... but I go back to the website and click the category I used. It then prompts you to enter your password you created and the option to add the number, ex. 60 more minutes of workout time. Once you add, then you press the next button and it updates the ticker on its own. You don't need to recopy…

You go back to the site and put in your code and the number you want to update. After you type it in press the next button and it will update.
