Ticker Factory question

You go back to the site and put in your code and the number you want to update. After you type it in press the next button and it will update.

You click on the ticker to go back to the site and it lets you update the weight loss and gives you the link to copy and paste to your signature. Although having said that, I've never been able to get mine to work on MFP, so maybe someone can help me with that!

There maybe an easier way... but I go back to the website and click the category I used. It then prompts you to enter your password you created and the option to add the number, ex. 60 more minutes of workout time. Once you add, then you press the next button and it updates the ticker on its own. You don't need to recopy it. Hope this helps you both.
