Oh wow how awesome about machu picchu which by the way I had to google to see how in world to spell it lol. I loved Vegas too but like you, couldn't handle it for long. It was so hot I went in Aug and I'm actually allergic to the sun sooooo that was always a blast being outside lol. I still loved it though.

I'm sorry for your loss. Sometimes a person is oblivious to how they are coming off. While some people would think in no way I would compare the two, someone like her may think she's relating to you. She may not have lost a person in the family and doesn't completely realize it can be a different feeling of loss than a pet.

This is what I think of. I don't have cheat days. If I want something I eat a small amount of it. However, I don't do it often.

I actually drink nothing but water before I started to want to lose weight. When I was younger I went over 3 years with nothing but water. I just for some reason don't think to take in liquids as often as I use to.

Welcome and good luck! You sound just like me. I joined a year ago and stuck with it for one day lol. Since then I gained 15 more pounds from what I wanted to lose. I started back up in Aug this year and have stuck with it since, so it is possible! :drinker:
