You are doing so well. A little gain on holiday is not a big deal. My weight loss has come to a complete standstill. I haven't lost a thing since starting person training almost a month ago. I know maybe building muscle... but I think I keep sabotaging myself lately, need to get back on track!

I posted my first gain, just under half a pound, but as I was on holiday I am not too worried. It's just taken me a week at home to get back into the swing of things!

Thanks Helen, I'm in again. 20.5lbs lost in the first two challenges. In holiday mode at the moment, need to snap out of it!

1/4 Cup oats 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt 1/2 Cup Soy milk 1 1/2 tps Chia Seeds 1/2 cup of berries. Last night I had no berries so added 1/2 scoop vanilla protein shake mmmm. I make it every night and grab it in the morning to eat when I get to work. Yummy and filling!:smile:

1.6lbs this week after no loss last week. Noticing a number of NSV's so feeling good.

No weight loss this week, ate well, but missed the gym as I've had the flu. Hopefully I will feel better this week and get back into my routine.

Glad I'm not the only one! Lost 137 pounds in 10 months but after a few years managed to gain 73 back! This time around I've lost 20 pounds in 9 weeks. Good Luck.

I'm in again! 12.1 lbs lost in the first challenge, although my weight loss has slowed, looking forward to at least matching it in the second challenge. Well done everyone an awesome result!

Hi, I'm also a wine lover, who does her best to fit the 'wine calories' in every weekend. Years ago I used to love the sweet whites, but now I only drink reds. I like the blends and at the moment enjoy a nice Shiraz Cabernet.

Down 11.2lbs for the challenge so I'm very happy to have surpassed my goal. Looking forward to losing a little bit more for the last week. I have enjoyed the positive supportive energy of this group. Congratulations to all.
