I also eat this at my desk every morning. I add almond/soy milk, greek yoghurt and frozen berries to the oats and chia seeds.

I stumbled at the finish line, gaining 2 pounds this week after flying out to a family wedding. Overall I lost 7.5lbs this round but I just crunched the numbers and since round 1 of the challenge I have lost a surprising 33.2lbs! Thankyou to everyone & congratulations on all the effort!

I didn't do great in round three. I couldn't stay focused on my goals although I did begin personal training twice a week. First round lost 13.2lbs, second 7.3 lbs, third 5.6lbs. I suppose to put it into perspective a total loss of 25.7lbs over the three rounds. I'm up for round four!

I had lost the average amount of potatoes eaten by Americans in a year, now back to having lost the amount of cheese. It's always about the food!.........it probably was the cheese!!!! :laugh:
