Recipes using protein powder please

Hi, I recently purchased a tub of protein powder however I have found that if I make shakes it makes me feel very bloated and uncomfortable in the tummy. Does anyone have any recipes using protein powder for bars or muffins or anything that is not a shake?

    you might be lactose intolerant...that's an abnormal response, I think.

    I like protein pancakes (put dry ingredients in blender, blend, then wet):
    1/4c rolled oats
    1 scoop protein powder
    3/4c egg whites
    additional water as needed to make pancake batter consistency.

    Cook on high, cooks fast... less than 1 min per side. I like to top mine with dark chocolate peanut butter!

    Also, frozen peanut butter cups:
    1 scoop casein powder (if yours is whey, might need a thickener aside from water)
    water until it looks batter-y
    Put that mixture into silicone muffin mold about halfway
    Add dollop of peanut butter to each (I use one serving total)
    Top peanut butter with rest of casein mixture and freeze about an hour

    And by the way, that is a typical response to protein powder for most people when it's whey protein. It's so concentrated it tends to upset people's stomach's.
