While we're on to translating this into kiwi/aussie - what are these sweeteners? Is it like Equal? or something else? ie if it said 1 teaspoon of sugar do you put in 1 equal instead? I'm lost and I want strawberry cheesecake!!

Here it is called cool whip comes fat free, sugar free and regular and is sold in freezer department it like whipped cream just lower in calories and fat. The sweeteners are like equal and would work well in this recipe. I am not sure about the sugar ratio would have to read the box or just taste as you go.
