hiya, i've just joined and i'm finding it a real struggle to stay within cals. Unfortunately I have a big appetite and i'm always hungry!

I have a day off once a week but try to log as it stops me from going completely overboard. They work for me and keep me going! I'm happy so far with my progress, and I try to focus on what i'm able to do for a majority of the time.

i've switched to soya milk, it makes me feel less bloated and has fewer cals. Didnt think i'd like the taste but its delicious in porridge.

i think oatmeal must be what we call porridge in england? I have it daily with honey and dried figs. I'd eat it for all my meals if i could!
