It was actually her own blog. Linking it here was just a way to get more traffic to her own info. Now she can claim to be really popular as sooooo many people read her blog. Very sad.

now I would think that Dr was insulting my intelligence. Dense = thick = stupid!
-
This. In the UK, thick means stupid, and is unrelated to bodyshape.

We're also the only animals that cook our food - do you intend to stop doing that too?

Got some cheesecake to go with the tea?

Why are you repeating walls of text - saying it twice doesn't make it any more effective.

Did you actually read the link earlier discrediting the China Study? http://www.foodrenegade.com/the-china-study-discredited/
-
Actually, the use of growth hormones in dairy cattle has been banned in the EU for over 25 years. Also there are very few factory farms in the UK People are still believing any old crap they read on the internet as gospel

What about your body measurements?

Oh dear - I'll bet they have all drank water at some point too. Stop drinking water everyone , people who have cancer have drunk it so it must cause cancer.

The China Study is not a credible source to be referencing. http://www.foodrenegade.com/the-china-study-discredited/

Look, if you believe it, then stop drinking it, - Simples. But please stop preaching at others.

No, we have an obesity epidemic because people eat more and move less. Not because of dairy.

Milk - if you have some sort of intolerance, don't drink it if you don't, then carry on. That's all you need to say, the rest is just scaremongering and total bull. Like that video claiming that cows are kept pregnant to keep producing milk - my eldest child is 20, and I would still be producing milk now if I had been…
-
OMG - Heather Mills and The China Study in the same video. Enough said.

Looking fab.

Do you mean weighted squats, or bodyweight squats?

Take a deep breath and step away from the computer! Gaining 1lb of weight does not equal gaining 1lb of fat. Your bodyweight doesn't just consist of fat - it also has muscles, bones, organs, water, skin etc. If you have been working out every day it is probably water retention as your muscles are repairing themselves, but…

Most of the nutrition of an egg is in the yolk - eat the whole egg, and enjoy! http://www.cholesterol-and-health.com/Egg_Yolk.html
-
when you exceed MFP's estimated calorie burn (see your goals page) you get calories added, but if you are under the burn, you get calories deducted.
-
and the only ones to cook our food, Better stop that right now!

There are so many people that could do with reading this - it belongs in the FAQ

108g of protein sounds fine. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/819055-setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets

When you set up your details on MFP, you chose a goal of 1lb a week (for example), so it gives you a 500 calorie deficit. If you exercise and burn a further 500 calories, you have made your 500 deficit into a 1000 deficit. But you said your goal was 1lb a week and you wanted a 500 calorie deficit, so MFP tells you to eat…

Meal timing has no relevance to your weight loss, it's the defict that counts. if you are able to meet your goals whilst eating breakfast, do it if you feel better skipping breakfast and eating later - do it Do whatever makes adhereing to your calorie goals the easiest.
