Hi guys,
I'm a little worried that if I eat more when I exercise to get to a net calorie intake of 1250 calories that I'll put weight on. 1400-1500 calories seems like too much to me but I don't think its healthy if I'm netting 1000 calories...I'd like some advice..will I put weight on if I eat more?

You will gain weight if you eat more calories than you burn in a day. Since MFP already calculates a deficit into your day then no, eating exercise calories will not make you gain weight.
If you need further evidence, calculate your TDEE (maintenance calories) here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
As long as your total calorie intake is below this number you will not gain weight.0 -

You do need to make sure that your calorie burn is accurate, so a HRM is very useful. I eat pretty much all of my exercise calories, and that can be 7-800 on running days..... still losing weight though.0

When you set up your details on MFP, you chose a goal of 1lb a week (for example), so it gives you a 500 calorie deficit.
If you exercise and burn a further 500 calories, you have made your 500 deficit into a 1000 deficit.
But you said your goal was 1lb a week and you wanted a 500 calorie deficit, so MFP tells you to eat back the 500 exercise calories, so that your deficit is back to the 500 you chose.
This may explain it better - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/818082-exercise-calories-again-wtf0
