  • This is a great idea. Wednesdays aren't my problem though...it's usually by Fri/Sat that I fall off the wagon. I almost ALWAYS have to have "Start-Over Sunday!" :mad:
  • Okay, that's what I thought. I just wanted to check because at the end of the day, it's showing that I have calories left. That's because of the exercise calories that I earned. I work for WW so I know that I could to eat or not eat those extra calories. I'm really impressed with all the tools of this website!

  • Running will give you the biggest calorie burn for your buck! If you're walking on the treadmill, I'd say the elliptical is comparable. Just depends on which motion is more comfortable for you. Lower impact and more fluid motion on the elliptical.
  • You'll be fine! Just pace yourself! My training partner and I have a goal.....to finish. Not finish fast, just finish and run the whole time. Races are a blast....have fun!
