Take into consideration that MFP places you at a 1000 calorie deficit per day, already. That said, diet alone, following this deficit you could lose weight.

I do 1.5 hours of cardio a day. 30 minutes before work, 20 walk during lunch, then walk the dog when I get home.

There are a ton of calculators online that will help you find "calories burned." Type "calories burned calculator" in google and they will provide a number of helpful calculators that list almost any exercise you could dream of.
