I had this happen to me too. I was not eating my excersize calories and I guess my body thought I was trying to starve it so it held on to all my weight. I also ended up having to change my kind of activity. My body had just gotten use to doing the eliptical. I hope this helps you.

Count me in. Getting and giving support helps me so much with my weight loss journey. I'm always looking for new healthy goals and attitudes to incorperate into my plan. I just started the 100 push up challenge and the 200 sit up challenge yesterday. I was able to do 6 good form push ups during my initial test and 40 consecutive sit ups. I'm super jazzed for this program. Good luck to everyone!

I get woman's health. I really like it because its not all ads there really are a lot of good articles. I also get the weight watchers magazine there are a lot of good recipes and its all about loving who you are while your on your weight loss journey. Hope it helps. Hsquared87

Hay everyone! So I stayed the same this week and I am relieved. I've been traveling all week so my whole workout and food was all messed up. I'm home now so I'm making sure I back on track today. I hope everyone had a great week! Hsquared87

Alright I just did my weight in an I lost 1.2 lbs!!! I tried really hard this week and it payed off. I hope everyone else is having a good week, and if this week wasn't what you wanted keep positive there is always next week!

I do my weigh ins on Thursday evenings, I would really like to join this group. I like how positive people are even when they gain. I gained 1 lb this week and I was pleasantly surprised it was not more. Since I have been traveling all week and airports just don't have great food.. Hsquared87
