I have just done level 1 day 1 today. Second time starting it. Only got to day 15 last time. If anyone wants to add me maybe we can motivate each other to finish it this time :)

I managed to get to l2 d4 in January and stopped. Going to start again tomorrow. Really want to finish it this time!

Well I never would have thought it only my partner said it. He is away for six months of the year and the cat has never been friendlier before. Maybe he has finially realised I'm nice :) il enjoy my friendly cat while it lasts anyway. Don't think il buy a pregnancy test just yet.

Hes neutered. It was done early as I didnt want any spraying in the house. Didn't make him any friendlier!I also spay or neuter any stray or feral car that decides to wander through my garden :)

I have doubled up on one day so far, but I'm not counting that as two days. I def think if you can double up do it, but don't shorten your time doing the shred.

Just got through my first day of level 2. I was dreading it because of some of the comments I had read about it but not as bad as I thought. I quiet enjoyed the new moves. Sweated at lot more tho! Anyone else days behind like me? :)

Keep going :) I just competed day one of level 2. I didnt want to take any break days but sometimes you just can't help it.

I'm just after finishing day 10 so moving on to level 2 tomorrow. I started on the 9th, I have had to take a few break days but going to try not take anymore.

Just finished day 10. Watching level 2 to see what I'm in for tomorrow. Looks like its going to be tough!

Day 9 done! Felt so good after it I did it again straight away! So glad I did. Not sure whether to do another level 1 tomorrow or to move onto level 2.

Finished day 8 today. Little bit behind but back on track.

Day 7 done. Missed out in two days but back on track now.

Glad to see it wasn't just me. Went to my parents house at the weekend and it completely ruined my routine. Missed Sunday and Monday. Back to it today!

day 6 done! Bit harder today. My hip was a bit sore but not enough to get in the way too much. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.

Thanks, I ordered the DVD on amazon on the 6th of jan but they still haven't posted it! So I doubt it will be here before I want to switch to level 2.

Day 5 done! I still hate the side lunges but the rest isn't so bad.

Today was good. Really didn't want to do it. So glad I joined this group otherwise I probably wouldn't have done it.

Started today. I ordered the DVD but it hasn't arrived yet so I'm working from a level 1 that is on YouTube at the moment. Couldn't wait to get started on it :)
