    You have just given me the exact inspiration I need! I started MFP at 197 lbs too. Only down 4 lbs so far (and just had a frustrating week of exercising daily and NO weight loss :-( ). So looking at these photos and reading this has made me determined to stick at it. I want to be posting photos of my weight loss too (and not hunting for a suitable photo of me to put up on here - note I don't yet have a photo by my name...!)
