That is definitely a success. I spent 1 weekend in St. Louis for a wedding and gained 5lbs. I was hoping that it was water weight but it took 2.5 weeks to come off, which makes me thing it was some water weight and some real weight. Good job on your vacation and welcome back!

Also, consider protein from sources other than sugary yogurt. I know you said you're switching to greek, which is awesome I love greek yogurt. But how about some egg whites for breakfast. Purhaps some black beans. This type of protein doesn't come with sugar.

I use it to mix frozen yogurt. 1 cup plain yogurt 1 bag frozen berries (the organic/no sugar added kind) 1 Tbsp honey blend together VERY well. Separate into reusable ziplock containers and freeze. This makes 2-3, depending on the portions. SO good!

You may also be shedding water weight that you didn't realize you had. Water weight can drop off that quickly. Also, zumba is an INSANE workout. So you may actually be burning that many calories.
