  • I am having the same issue with my fasting blood sugar's. My A-1 C is 5.0 but my fasting blood sugar is now going up to 125 and it's taking a lot of fasting to get it under 100.   • Boy this sounds similar to me. I just started some 2 day fasts in the hope that helps with fasting blood sugar.
