Just come off of a 3 month plateau. Because work was so exhaustive I couldn't get to the gym for a week and had been going 6 days a week weight training and cardio every other day. One week of rest and I'm back on track lost 2.5 lbs this week and back to working out of course.

Thanks I needed that today. Started strength training last week and gained 2 lbs this week. FRUSTRATING! but I know its ok, sometimes you just need to hear it from someone else besides the voice in your head.

Love mine too, had it for a week and I really notice that I am trying to keep my steps to at least 10,000 every day.
