I'll give it a try. Don't really know if I will be able to complete them after doing Ripped in 30 level 3 day 1 this morning, but we'll see!

I start level 3 tomorrow. I think Ripped has more strength training with easy cardio (so far compared to 30DS). I have enjoyed both. I don't think you will have any trouble if you have completed 30DS.

My niece is the same way. The box brownie mix is wonderful! The cookies are ok; they turn out pretty crunchy though. If I remember correctly, Hellman's mayo is gluten free also. And don't forget Chex cereals. You can make all kinds of snacks with them.
