Take your measurements. Sometime those will allow you to see change faster then the scale. I feel like I've gained weight quiet often but looking at my measurements helps me realize that I haven't.

I have a hard time sticking with goals that seem so far out of reach that I won't get to them for like a year or more, so I set my mini goals on my ticker. Setting up 20 lbs to reach seems more accessible to me personally. It's easy enough to change the goal once i hit it.

Something I like to put on potatoes is chili(lean turkey meat and kidney beans with some onions is great chili in my opinion) or vinegar. I get the weirdest looks when I say vinegar, but it has no calories and it has a taste. I picked it up from my great-grandmother and I have to say I really enjoy it.

Depends on how you are with goals like that, what kind of exercise you do, and how your body will react. You can achieve your goal in 14 months if you lose 5 pounds a month. Which is a good goal, if you exercise and eat healthy there is a good possibility that you will lose it faster.
