I kinda do that. I run hard unti I cant stand it then I bring my heart rate down and do it again.

I sleep enough during the week, but weekends mess me up. I work 16hour shifts and only get about 5hours on saturday and sunday nights. Theres really nothing I can do about this I have to work and the weekend is the only time I can. I feel good by about thursady, then after the weekend Im tired again.

I think its meant to be done everyday. I started it and did it for five days. I work 16 hour shifts Saturdays and Sundays, so I didn't do it that weekend and quit it. I need to find a better balance maybe three days a week. I think I enjoy the gym more. I still want to do the dvd since i paid $10 for it. As for the work…

I won't worrie to much as long as your cals are right. If you had nuts that day you prob will be over with fat, but thats ok.

I uslly have to eat breakfast at school. Im stuck on a blt on wheat, a yogurt, and a small orange juice.

I had a day last week were i doubled my calorie goal. I ate a whole bag of chips, a foot long sub, ice cream, and the list goes on. I was so ashamed, the reason i weigh what i do is binge eating, but the next day i got right back on track. I still lost a little this week.

I try to have things on hand i can heat up quickly if i just cant eat what ever junk his is eating, but most of the time we eat the same things we used too, i just eat way less of it. As i lose weight hubby gains weight because he eating what i dont. He dont seem to mind.

It's that way for me too. I don't know why but if i work out i just stay the same weight. Just dieting i lose like 2lbs a week. It makes me crazy because i know i need to exercise to have a healthy heart, but i wana see the numbers go down as well as have a healthy heart.

MFP does over estimated calories burned. The treadmill at the gym will say 200 and MFP will say like 600!
