Oh and if you watch the movie vegecated, you will never want to eat eggs and cheeses again. I watched it yesterday and could not eat the hard boiled egg I made for breakfast. lol

Thanks, I want to get started, but my husband refuses to not eat meat at every meal. I will have to find a way to cook his food with meat. As for my daughter, she can't have milk so this will be a good this would be an easy transition.

Yeah, I need a heart monitor. I just thought 500 would be a safe amount to add until I know for sure, However, I always go over my goal of 1700 on weekend. My body may need more than that on weekend. idk

I used to drink diet soda daily. Now I only drink it when I'm at a restaurant or on rear occasions. I got headaches when I gave it up, like for two or three days after. Now I'm fine. Never had head aches when I was drinking them. I just wanted to drink more water and less chemicals. I try to limit caffeine too.

I have always used food for emotional comfort. I believe this stared because the only time my family as a child was together was when we ate. So I associated happiness with eating. Now I associate happiness with losing weight. lol

I plan to follow 1200 cals and tack. I plan to do Zumba twice a week and got to the gym five days a week. Accept when I'm on vacation June-20-25
