I have always grown up with latin, reggaeon, soca, sega, calypso etc and have alot of tracks on my pc anyway and dance to it at home without zumba but the same moves, it feels the same to me, i time myself and do some serious sweating and my kiddies join in too its a fun family affair lol

i dont know about anyone else but i havent always had weight on me and even when i was slim i didnt have gap between my legs, i would love to have that but my body isnt shaped that way so dont be so hard on yourself, you might just be shaped differently, just concentrate on loosing the evtra weight and love your shape :)

defo boredom eating, being a SAHM means im usually on top of housework and stuff so when im at home and im all houseworked out i eat :( but since i have started "dieting" i have been dancing when i have nothing to do

excellent cntrol :) i once went to the cinema with a friend and watched her scoff down a large hot dog and popcorn and huge fizzy drink while i ate the raisins i brought from home and a diet coke! she praised me but also couldnt stop laughing LOL

Thanks i will remember that about the protein, and i hear that about the water weight but the reason i like doing this is it keeps me focused and motivated, the last time i went on to loose 28 lbs in total and have kept it off, i think this would be stupid if i was to go straight back to eating badly after the 2 weeks but…

its really nice boilled with some bouillon and chopped onions and eaten with rice, you can even add potatoes and depending on how much water you use you can have it as a soup or as a curry, even add it to a curry, i find the water evaporates quite alot so the thinkness can vary.

very true, i shouldnt really and they normally eat quite healthily but a couple of times a week i treat them to their favourites :)
