  • You may be eating 1200 cals but are you netting 1200 cals a day? You need to look at your homepage and make sure that the bar at the top says you are netting 1200 cals or more a day...don't go under. Make sure your sodium is down too.

  • Actually a lot of people lose weight while doing the walking DVD's because they are higher intensity walking (you are walking 4.5 - 5 mph) plus she boosts you at the end.   • I am a bride and have delt with this with all of my bridesmaids....the alterations departments perfers that you go larger then smaller, because they can always make the dress smaller, but they CAN'T make it larger no matter what.   • I just started it today...I can do the cardo not a problem...the push ups and strength kill me...I just recently was able to do a push up (the girl kind) so now that it is in this video maybe I will be able to do them better and more...I did maybe a little less then half that of what she wanted us to do.
