I myself don't believe in giving up everything the paleo diet wants you to give up....BUT some of it is a really good concept and I follow a bit of it :)

It depends on what you can handle. When I first started 30DS a year and a half ago I could only do 3lbs, then worked my way up to 3lbs for some and 5lbs for some, and now I can do it with 8lbs for some and 5lbs for some. Moderation is key. Enjoy the foods you want...but in moderation. Instead of eating that whole candy bar...only eat half :) that type of thing.

I had an issue getting abs, so I started 6 week 6 pack with Jillian before my wedding a year ago...and at the end of 6 weeks I had a four pack...seriously it does wonders! Try it out! :) I'm restarting it now...I've got two and I want at least 4 by October :) So Week 1 day 1 was yesterday :)

One reason is over 3 weeks no activity and no reason why...I'll write on their wall and if I get no reply back I delete after a week (will only keep them if I know them pesronally) Also if they aren't actually be healthy themselves and I have told them (and others) certain things aren't good but they are still doing it,…

I am always proud of them! :) I want to shout "I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!" BUT I think that saying that may make them think I'm weird so I don't :) BUT seriously when I see someone who is overweight running or even walking fast I am proud and encouraged by them :)
