  • I have to have a lot of protein in my diet as well...low blook sugar. Have you tried peanut butter on toast? Quick snack that the kids I babysat liked and so do I. Toast, peanut butter, rice crispes sprinkled on top. It is SO good! :) And it is still breakfast like and quick to make.

  • I have the same problem. But I already get up at 6, I have so much to do when I get home around 5:45ish, that I never get to workout really. So right now, everyday during my lunch hour, I climb the steps up and down the four story building I work in. I just started it yesturday...did it once, now going to do it twice…
  • I had the same problem. MSN said that I could have 2111 cals/day. This says 1500...I don't know which to go by. I was going by MSN's for about a month, I felt better...now starting (like yesturday) the 1500 cals/ day. I don't even know if that is healthy or not. What do you think?
