My ex hubby did this "diet"...he followed it to a tee and didnt cheat...gained 6 pounds in a week and OMG the gas! Made everyones eyes water, even the cat ran when he heard him toot.

I just want a day where everyone in life outside of MFP leaves me alone...no calls/emails from boss or co-workers or family or friends. Just let me have 24 hours to sit back with some healthy snacks and my weird romance/vampire novels.

I have no toe nails..on either foot. No one ever notices though when I wear sandles...thank goodness. My fingernails make up for it though...have to cut them every few weeks or they get freakishly long and ewww curl like claws.

I am under every day...Getting better at getting near daily goal though. (Still hard for me to wrap brain around fact that I eat more now than before doing MFP) and still losing weight. Thank goodness.

I dont rely on MFP for number crunching, I go by what Dr says. I was just wondering if when you exercise if you got extra sugars to use like you do the carbs and calories.

I am not doing the Atkins diet BUT I do LOVE some of the snacks and shakes one can buy. Best part they help me keep my sugar levels lower which is going since I am Type 2. They really help me in mornings since am not and never have been a breakfast type person, not even as a kid. Tina

reese cups are my downfall.....I have no self control with them and have made it law that no one in house can bring them through the doors...I eat one and I must go buy more. So they are the one and only banned food in the house.:frown:
